| For our seminar we invite two representatives of your national group, a senior member and a youth representative. |
| Report |
| We are requesting to bring with you a report on your national group max. A 4, in two languages and as far as possible a digital version for the documentation as well. |
| Financing |
| a) For participants from non EU Eastern European countries, all costs of accomodation and travel will be paid. b) Participants from countries which joined the EU in 2004 will receive 50% of expenses. If they arrive by private car allowance of 130,00 EUR at most will be paid. c) Participants from EU countries are requested that their individual organizations cover the expenses. |
